Realty is owned and operated by Don and Patience Fisher.
Donald C. Fisher, the principal broker, has had his Idaho real estate license
for over 13 years and his Utah broker's license since 1991. Don has handled
many transactions in both Franklin County and Cache County. He also runs
his own construction company which has been in operation since 1975. In
construction he has completed a wide range of both residential and commercial
projects.
Patience M. Fisher has had her real estate license since April 1991 and
has been a full-time Realtor since 1992. She received most of her real estate
training in the form of PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE as the Executive Secretary
for Gold Key Realty from 1987-1992. There, she experienced every corner
of the real estate world including marketing listings, monitoring offers
from beginning to close and assisting in training agents.
Don and Patience enjoy helping others get through the buying and selling
of real estate smoothly. They love the real estate business and are excited
